If you have been practicing yoga for years and you want to have a refresher course, you can enroll yourself on those basic courses and then furthering your knowledge by enrolling at advanced courses. Before you can take this specific yoga course for autism, you need to have a 200-hour Yoga Certification. Caregivers and other professionals who deal with individuals with autism can also take this training. There is also a course about the art of sequencing which is required if you want to have a 500-hour level certification. This course will teach the learners on how to create authentic yoga sequences by using different tools and following the yoga principles. There will be dharma talks, pranayama as well as mudras and mantras on this course. Included also on this training is how to use music appropriately while doing yoga. This training course also requires that you should have a 200-hour Yoga Certification and one year of teaching experience.
